Tissue spots represent primary tumors. Raw survival data was either obtained from cancer registries or collected from the patients attending physicians.
Tumor specific survival data are available for a subset of tumors.
IHC or FISH study deliverables include a brief scientific report including descriptive statistics, genotype-phenotype correlation & survival analysis and representative images
